Besides the
massage it is also important to mention that there is a possibility of having
therapy session.-said Attila Knott.
These days
one of our colleagues is studying therapy and she leads therapy sessions as
practice in our clinic.
During
these sessions she gives such practical advises to our colleagues that can help
them to do well in everyday work. This is extremely important because with a
little attention joint aches can be prevented.
Mr. Knott gives these tips to his colleagues at Kreativ Dental:
- Instead of lift let’s use the stairs.
- Sit straight in order to oppress both sciatic joints equally.
- If we stanchion our lower arms and wrists during working we can avoid the aching and inflammation of the upper arm
- During long standing and sitting it is good for us if we do some circle exercise with our head and neck and stretch ourselves.
- Heed breathing; sometimes take some deep breath slowly in rhythm and then let it out. During inhaling stretch up with our crown and hold this position while we are exhaling.
- Fix our chair in that high that our legs can square. The back-rest of the chair should be 20 cm above the seat. Lay our lower arm on the table if it is possible it should be in square.
- Look down to the monitor mildly.
- It is important to have at least 10 minutes-break.
When we
planned our colleagues working places we paid attention on that all of our
employees get ergonomic chairs. What is more, we provide them comfortable shoes
so that their foot won’t be tired in them too soon.-said Attila Knott from Kreativ Dental
